At For The K-ULTURE Beauti we are committed to processing and shipping your order faster than you can say Kpop!
ALL OUR ORDERS are shipped between 1-2 business days, and they usually take from 4-5 Business Days to arrive (US Orders) after shipped. Orders to Puerto Rico usually take from 5-8 Business Days to arrive after shipped. Orders to Canada usually take from 10-15 days to arrive after shipping.
Having said that, keep in mind that USPS can occasionally have some delays in their deliveries, which is out of our hands, hence we ARE NOT responsible for ANY delays on USPS part. We provide you with a USPS tracking number once the order is shipped, use it on their website to keep track of your package. If you package is mark as delivered and you don't have it, contact your local USPS for help IMMEDIATELY! They are great at asisting you locate your package, so the sooner you contact them, the better!
International Shipping: We do not offer International Shipping at the moment, except to Canada, sorry! T^T
